This collection of archival film from South Asia includes material from Universal Newsreel, The March of Time and The Shah Collection. Its focus is the Indian and Pakistani Independence struggles (1929-1947) and the early history of Pakistan (1947-1972).
Clients include the world's leading broadcasters including the BBC and CNN.
Film material is available in professional PAL and NTSC formats. Window dubs are available. Many unedited clips from Universal and The March of Time are included on the consumer VHS Independence Reel.
