Young Historian competition: Extra Prizes for Indus Valley Projects Creative, Dramatic, Visual, written presentation invited!

Entries, KS2, UK, any aspect of the Indus Valley, e.g.

What can particular artefacts tell us about the way of life; models to experiment with encouraged: see case study, terracotta cart, Primary History HA No.68. 2014 (significance) Or choose several artefacts of different use.

How have special buildings in Mohenjodaro or Harappa been interpreted?
How did they get their names, what evidence has been given, proof/not proof.

How has the decline of the Indus Civilisation been interpreted since it was discovered. what explanations were used. Visual, dramatic scenarios encouraged. (skeletons!)

A critical review of a resource (print or online) written for children; can the reader/ viewer tell when a fact is a fact or in fact a theory, comment or speculation?

Similarity and difference How can we compare Indus Valley with other ancient civilisations? e.g. graves, artefacts, buildings, what can we infer? are rivers the same or different? what evidence is available/not available?
